StoneHarrow offers professional styling services, including but not limited to personal styling, wardrobe consultation, special event styling, and shopping assistance. 4.2 Booking Process

Consultations and services may be booked through our Website, via email, or by phone. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment or deposit has been processed.

4.3 Consultation Requirements

For certain services, we may request information, photographs, or other details prior to your consultation. Providing accurate and complete information helps us deliver the best possible service.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Charges

The fees for our Services are listed on our Website or will be provided to you during the booking process. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via the methods specified on our Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5.3 Deposits and Full Payment

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. Unless otherwise specified, full payment is due at the time of booking or prior to the delivery of services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellation

If you need to cancel a consultation, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid or, in the case of no deposit, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

6.2 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a consultation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability for alternative dates or times.

6.3 StoneHarrow Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer rescheduling options or a full refund of any payments made.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, StoneHarrow owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Services and the Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL StoneHarrow, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StoneHarrow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your conduct in connection with the Services

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against StoneHarrow, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or StoneHarrow may bring a formal proceeding.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.

12.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Services.

13. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

StoneHarrow shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, terrorism, pandemic, or government restrictions.
